HSBC Bank USA, N.A. is proud of its 15-year partnership with the Riverside Institute of Technology through the "Jumpstart...to a Richer Future" program. In addition to financial support, HSBC encourages employee volunteers to participate in the program which provides students with opportunities such as job shadowing, internships, summer experiences, post-graduation employment and a computer donation program. HSBC also supports "Get Sharp", a scholarship award to help cover college expenses. Based on the success of the Riverside program, additional Jumpstart chapters have been established in Rochester, Syracuse and New York City.
